Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the KRAMM Distributors website, Customer Portal, and LPG delivery services (collectively, the "Services"). By placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

KRAMM Distributors ("KRAMM," "we," "us," or "our") provides LPG delivery for homes and businesses across Antigua & Barbuda, operating from Factory Road, Gunthropes, St. Johns, Antigua.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to place an order or create a Customer Portal account. Business accounts must be authorized to act on behalf of the business they represent.

3. Orders and Delivery

• Orders may be placed through our website, Customer Portal, WhatsApp, or by phone.
• Delivery windows are estimates. We will make reasonable efforts to meet scheduled times but are not liable for delays caused by weather, road conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
• You are responsible for providing a safe, accessible location for delivery and ensuring someone authorized is available to receive the order where required.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if we reasonably believe delivery cannot be made safely.

4. Pricing and Payment

• Prices for LPG and related services are as displayed at the time of order and may change without prior notice.
• Payment is due according to the payment option selected at checkout or as agreed for business accounts with credit terms.
• Outstanding balances may accrue late fees or suspend future deliveries until resolved, as reflected in your Customer Portal.

5. Customer Portal Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at admin@krammlpg.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

6. Safety

LPG is a flammable product. You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by KRAMM and applicable regulations for the storage and use of LPG cylinders or tanks. KRAMM is not responsible for misuse of LPG products after delivery.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KRAMM shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Orders may be cancelled or rescheduled prior to dispatch by contacting us via phone or WhatsApp. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Customer Portal or Services if you violate these Terms, fail to pay outstanding balances, or misuse our Services.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Antigua and Barbuda, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
