Data Deletion

1. What Gets Deleted

When you submit a verified data deletion request, we will delete or anonymize:

• Your Customer Portal account profile (name, email, phone number, saved addresses);
• Saved payment method references stored with our payment processor for your account;
• Delivery preferences, notes, and communication history tied to your account;
• Marketing or notification preferences.

2. What We May Retain

Some information cannot be immediately deleted because we are required to keep it for legal, tax, safety, or accounting purposes. This includes:

• Completed order and invoice records, retained for the period required by tax and business regulations in Antigua & Barbuda;
• Records related to any outstanding balance, dispute, or safety incident, until resolved;
• Information we are legally obligated to retain by regulators overseeing LPG distribution.

Retained records are kept securely and are not used for any purpose beyond legal and safety compliance.

3. How to Submit a Request

You may request deletion of your data by:

1. Emailing admin@krammlpg.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request";
2. Calling us at (268) 562-4277 during business hours (Mon – Fri, 8:00am to 4:30pm);
3. Messaging us on WhatsApp with your request and account details.

To protect your account, we may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request.

4. Timeline

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. If any data must be retained under Section 2, we will let you know what is being kept and why.

5. Third-Party Services

Where your data is also held by third-party service providers (such as our payment processor or WhatsApp Business messaging), we will forward your deletion request to those providers in accordance with their own data policies.
